All children will be photographed regardless of whether you plan to purchase photos.

To order photos, please visit www.coffeepond.com and click on the big red banner that says “Order School Portraits.” If you prefer to pay with cash or check, please fill out the form that will be sent home in backpack mail this week and send it with your child(ren) on picture day. If you order online, your child(ren) does not bring anything with them on picture day. Please note that orders placed after picture day may be subject to a handling fee.

Photos will arrive 4-6 weeks after picture day. Unfortunately, you will not be able to see a proof of your child(ren)’s photos prior to ordering. If you are dissatisfied with your child(ren)’s photos once they arrive, there will be a retake day (date TBD). If your child(ren) is absent on picture day, they can have their photo taken on the retake date.

Class photos will be distributed with retake packages. All children will receive a class photo regardless of whether individual photos are purchased.

In order to ensure this event runs as smoothly as possible, we are looking for volunteers to assist with crowd control, reminding students to fix their hair and straighten their clothes and generally keeping the line moving. If you are interested in volunteering your time, please sign up here.

Join us at the Bishop Pumpkin Sale on Saturday, October 3rd, 9am - 2pm, to purchase your pumpkins and mums. Grab a yummy cider doughnut from Wilson farm and a warm cider, and support the Bishop School PTO!

All students, kindergarten through 5th grade, are welcome to participate in this fun and engaging fundraiser for the Bishop PTO! Students may collect pledges from family and friends to run or walk laps around the field immediately after school. Corporate matching gifts are welcome, so be sure to check with your employer (and have donors check with theirs!) to see if your donation can be matched.
All participants will receive a water bottle, and the class that collects the most in pledges—no matter the size of the pledges—will win a special prize! The event will conclude with a fun treat for all participants.
