-20 3" hinges (triangle shape with 3 holes)

Monetary Donation Solicitation Pitch

Have calls out to several companies (list on google docs). 
Pitch points are:
  • We can copy a flier and distribute (500 to parents and staff) for $100.  8x12, Double sided if they want. Black & white. 
  • If business has materials already printed, they can certainly provide it (500) and we'll distribute for $75.
  • We can put a small ad and link on our website for the rest of the school year for $50.

On Jan 23, we have 50 volunteers. See Sign Up Genius. Projects include:
  • Walls – spackle and paint
  • Dirt – vacuum and dusting
  • Fix It – Fixing shelves, bathroom stalls, tightening nuts, bolts, screws
  • Organizers – closets, books, space
  • Accessories – seat cushions, wall hangings, bulletin boards
  • Specialty skills – building cubbies, fixing storage space in gym, laying tiles in office, etc.

How parents can help:
  1. VOLUNTEER We need people-power more than anything else!
  2. LEND vacuums (regular and shop-vac), step-stools, ladders, drop cloths, extension cords, screwdrivers, etc. LABEL EVERYTHING! (Drop in PTO Supplies Drop Area in main office)
  3. DONATE disposable supplies such as: microfiber rags, paper towels, disinfectant wipes, garbage bags, spray bottles, etc. (Drop in PTO Supplies Drop Area in main office)
  4. SUPPORT by donating $ toward costs For businesses, we are offering advertising benefits.
